How much does the Hosting and Support Plan cost?
Pricing varies according to project scope and support requirements, but generally starts at $160/mo, all-in. Optionally, we can drop everything except hosting services to bring down the cost, but we don't recommend it.
How quickly will updates be made to my site?
We shoot to implement updates within 48 hours. We encourage clients to give us a heads up if they have significant updates on the way, so we can allocate some time to make the changes when they come in.
Squarespace is $30/mo. How is this different?
Website builders (or WordPress) are cheaper because you're just paying for hosting. We add a layer of service on top that can help you make sure your site is an effective investment over time.
What happens if plugins break?
Because we build on a custom technology stack, we never have to deal with fragile plugins that could break your entire site without warning. For advanced projects with API integrations, we bump up our level of support to keep an eye on potential stability risks.
Do you support other platforms?
